Marcus asks for the time - and gets it. For the terminally curious, rdate is a handy TCP/IP command you can use to synchronize a computer's time with a time server. NTP is a more fault-tolerant protocol that basically lets you do the same thing. It's good to know about this stuff if, like us, your computer clocks keep horrible time. |
